It's my when I can't think of something to cook and need something to throw together fairly quickly meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 - eggs
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 - red bell pepper cut into small chunks
  • 1/2 - zucchini squash peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pre-shredded cheese
  • 6 - small pre-cooked breakfast sausages diced
  • 1 cup milk

How To Make saugage and veggie frittia

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Step 2
    Beat eggs till all the yolks at mixed in.
  • Step 3
    Add milk and mix into eggs.
  • Step 4
    Add milk and mix into eggs.
  • Step 5
    Sit egg mixture aside.
  • Step 6
    Chop and peel veggies.
  • Step 7
    Dice sausages.
  • Step 8
    Mix veggies and sausages into egg mixture.
  • Step 9
    Add cheese.
  • Step 10
    Pour mixture into non-stick 12X9 pan(Use cooking spray if using glass).
  • Step 11
    Bake for 45 minutes...but kept watch over it if over is know to be hotter then normal
  • Step 12
    Use toothpick to make sure middle is cooked.
  • Step 13
    Add cheese on top in last minutes of cooking to make a crust(optional)
