    red bell pepper cut into small chunks
  • 1/2
    zucchini squash peeled and diced
  • 1 c
    pre-shredded cheese
  • 6
    small pre-cooked breakfast sausages diced
  • 1 c

How to Make Saugage and veggie frittia


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Beat eggs till all the yolks at mixed in.
  3. Add milk and mix into eggs.
  4. Add milk and mix into eggs.
  5. Sit egg mixture aside.
  6. Chop and peel veggies.
  7. Dice sausages.
  8. Mix veggies and sausages into egg mixture.
  9. Add cheese.
  10. Pour mixture into non-stick 12X9 pan(Use cooking spray if using glass).
  11. Bake for 45 minutes...but kept watch over it if over is know to be hotter then normal
  12. Use toothpick to make sure middle is cooked.
  13. Add cheese on top in last minutes of cooking to make a crust(optional)
