Who'd a thought? I was lucky enough to grow up in a military town with many German wives. Sauerkraut was a common accompaniment at friend homes. This was first created when in my 20's.

Ingredients
- 1 - pizza crust
- 1 cup sauerkraut, canned and well drained
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 small yellow onions
- 1 dash garlic salt
How To Make sauerkraut pizza

Step 1Prepare the crust, what ever type you use.

Step 2Spread the can of pork and beans on the crust and sprinkle on some garlic salt and diced onions. Make sure to drain and squeeze out the sauerkraut, then spread on top of beans. Top with cheese.

Step 3Bake according to crust directions and cheese is bubbly.
