Ingredients
- 1 can sauerkraut drained
- 2 cups swiss cheese grated(divided use)
- 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
- 4 ounces sliced thin corned beef
- 4 ounces sliced thin kielbasa sausage
- 1 can mushroom pieces(drained)
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 - green pepper diced
How To Make sauerkraut crust pizza

Step 1Place sauerkraut in a colander and squeeze to get out as much liquid as possible.Grease a deep dish pizza pan with butter.Separate(with a fork) and pat sauerkraut into pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Step 2Remove from oven and place one cup shredded Swiss cheese on crust then the thousand island dressing and layer the rest of ingredients ending with the cheese.Bake for another 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
