How to Make Sassy Ham & Cheese Sandwiches

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, chives and thyme. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the butter, onions, parmesan cheese and worchester. Set aside somewhere warm so butter does not solidify.
  4. Cut rolls in half & divide ham & cheese equally among rolls. On top half of the roll, spread a generous amount of cream cheese - chive mix. Place tops on top of each sandwich bottom.
  5. Pour butter mixture over the top of sandwiches cover with foil and bake until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes to brown the buns a bit.
  6. Recipe adapted from Food Network show 'Homemade in America with Sunny Anderson.'
