How to Make Sassy Ham & Cheese Sandwiches
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, chives and thyme. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the butter, onions, parmesan cheese and worchester. Set aside somewhere warm so butter does not solidify.
- Cut rolls in half & divide ham & cheese equally among rolls. On top half of the roll, spread a generous amount of cream cheese - chive mix. Place tops on top of each sandwich bottom.
- Pour butter mixture over the top of sandwiches cover with foil and bake until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes to brown the buns a bit.
