Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound can red salmon
- - milk
- 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- - dill weed
How To Make salmon squares

Step 1Butter 8-inch square pan. Drain liquid from salmon; add enough milk to liquid to measure 3/4 cup. Flake and bone salmon. Combine egg, lemon juice, onion,salt and pepper, salmon and milk mixture, and blend well. Add sour cream and mayonnaise and dill to taste. Spoon into baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
