Since I use a lot of spicy seasoning, I experimented until I think I came up with a mixture that's the same as Zatarain's Creole Seasoning

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons paprika
- 4 tablespoons garlic powder (not salt)
- 2 tablespoons onion powder (not salt)
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons ground dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons ground dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon sea salt (optional)
How To Make homemade creole seasoning (sallye)

Step 1Place all spices in bowl and blend together well with mixer on low speed. Store in airtight glass jar in a cool place in pantry. Will last indefinitely if kept in sealed jar
