salisbury steak mmb
This was inspired by a video I saw of a lady making meatball Salisbury steak style. I didn't have the same ingredients, so I came up with this.

Ingredients
- 4 hamburger patties
- 1/4 cup beef Better Than Boullion
- 2 tablespoons dried onions
- 2 cups hot water
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms (optional)
How To Make salisbury steak mmb

Step 1Fry hamburger patties until nearly cooked all the way through. They will finish cooking in the gravy.

Step 2While the patties are cooking, add the beef Better than Boullion and dried onions to the hot water. Stir well.

Step 3Add the Better Than Bouillion mixture to the pan. Add the sliced mushrooms as well. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.

Step 4While that is simmering, mix up the slurry (corn starch and cold water). Add it to the pan and gently mix. Let simmer for at least 15 minutes.

Step 5Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
