Ingredients For russell's moose ribs

  • 4 lb
    ribs
  • 1 c
    sliced onion
  • 1 c
    sliced celery
  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c
    vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce

How To Make russell's moose ribs

  • 1
    Boil spare ribs until tender. (mix with pickling spice an 1/2 cup vinegar optional) added to water.

    When ribs are tender, pour off water. Cook sauce while waiting for ribs to cook.

    Add sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting with sauce 3 or 4 times.
