Ingredients
- 4 pounds ribs
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
How To Make russell's moose ribs

Step 1Boil spare ribs until tender. (mix with pickling spice an 1/2 cup vinegar optional) added to water.

Step 2When ribs are tender, pour off water. Cook sauce while waiting for ribs to cook.

Step 3Add sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting with sauce 3 or 4 times.
