  • 4 lb
  • 1 c
    sliced onion
  • 1 c
    sliced celery
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce

How to Make Russell's Moose Ribs


  1. Boil spare ribs until tender. (mix with pickling spice an 1/2 cup vinegar optional) added to water.
  2. When ribs are tender, pour off water.

    Cook sauce while waiting for ribs to cook.
  3. Add sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting with sauce 3 or 4 times.
