rosemary and garlic lamb chops
We've made lamb chops this way for years. They smell awesome while they're cooking. A lot of times we throw them on the grill instead.....for about the same amount of time.

Ingredients
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 - lamb chops (about 2 1/2 oz each)
How To Make rosemary and garlic lamb chops

Step 1Combine first 5 ingredients in processor; blend until garlic is finely chopped.

Step 2Coat chops with garlic mixture.

Step 3Arrange chops in single layer on baking sheet. (Can be made 8 hours ahead. Cover; chill.)

Step 4Preheat broiler.

Step 5Watching closely, broil lamb 4 to 5 inches from heat source until cooked to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Step 6Transfer 3 chops to each plate and serve.
