    egg
  • 1 medium
    onion
  • 1 medium
    green bell pepper
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 3/4 c
    saltines

How to Make Rosanne's Juicy Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Lightly mix beef and pork, add chopped onions, chopped green pepper, sour cream and crushed crackers.
  2. Shape mixture into loaf and put into a lightly greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 425 for 45-60 minutes
  4. Best made in a special meat loaf pan that lets grease run through holes in bottom.
