How to Make Rosanne's Juicy Meatloaf
1Lightly mix beef and pork, add chopped onions, chopped green pepper, sour cream and crushed crackers.
2Shape mixture into loaf and put into a lightly greased loaf pan.
3Bake at 425 for 45-60 minutes
4Best made in a special meat loaf pan that lets grease run through holes in bottom.
