  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup saltines

How To Make rosanne's juicy meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Lightly mix beef and pork, add chopped onions, chopped green pepper, sour cream and crushed crackers.
  • Step 2
    Shape mixture into loaf and put into a lightly greased loaf pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 425 for 45-60 minutes
  • Step 4
    Best made in a special meat loaf pan that lets grease run through holes in bottom.
