- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup saltines
How To Make rosanne's juicy meatloaf

Step 1Lightly mix beef and pork, add chopped onions, chopped green pepper, sour cream and crushed crackers.

Step 2Shape mixture into loaf and put into a lightly greased loaf pan.

Step 3Bake at 425 for 45-60 minutes
