6potatoes ,cooked

8 ozcheddar cheese

1/2 stickmargarine

1onion (optional)

How to Make rhonda's pieroges
- Mix flour,egg,salt and water to make elastic dough. Roll on floured surface until 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 4 inch squares.
- mix potatoes, cheddar cheese and margarine till creamy. Put 1/8 cup on to dough fold over and pinch together: roll edges.
- Drop into boiling water. Cook until floats to top. Cook for 2 minutes longer. Remove with slotted spoon. Top with melted butter and onion. Or may fry in butter with onion till brown slightly.
