Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- FILLING
- 6 - potatoes ,cooked
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 - onion (optional)
- SERVING OPTIONS
- - butter, melted
- - chopped onions
How To Make rhonda's pieroges

Step 1Mix flour,egg,salt and water to make elastic dough. Roll on floured surface until 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 4 inch squares.

Step 2mix potatoes, cheddar cheese and margarine till creamy. Put 1/8 cup on to dough fold over and pinch together: roll edges.

Step 3Drop into boiling water. Cook until floats to top. Cook for 2 minutes longer. Remove with slotted spoon. Top with melted butter and onion. Or may fry in butter with onion till brown slightly.
