Ingredients
- - deli corned beef, shaved
- - swiss cheese, slices
- - thousand island dressing
- - sauerkraut, drained and air dried
- - rye bread
- - butter
How To Make reuben

Step 1Using two slices of rye bread, spread one side of each slice with Thousand Island dressing. On one slice, layer desired amounts of corned beef, swiss cheese and sauerkraut on top of thousand island. Top with remaining slice of bread, thousand island side down. Spread butter on top slice of bread. Place in oven under broiler until golden brown. Flip sandwich with large spatula then spread this side with butter. Return to broiler until golden brown. Cut in half and enjoy!
