Since St. Patrick's Day is rapidly approaching, I wanted to post some tasty corned beef recipes and here is one I enjoy and so easy to prepare!

Ingredients
- 1 - tube crescent rolls
- 1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
- 1 tablespoon thousand island salad dressing
- 4 slices corned beef, halved
- 4 slices swiss cheese, halved
How To Make reuben roll-ups

Step 1Roll out each rectangle. Combine sauerkraut and salad dressing. Place a slice of corned beef on each rectangle. Top with about 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut and a slice of cheese. Roll-up. Place with seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 - 14 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 8 roll-ups. ENJOY!
