- 1/2 cup raw pine nuts
- 1 - garlic clove
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1 - medium red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
How To Make red pepper basil creamy pine nut pesto sauce

Step 1Add pine nuts and garlic with olive oil to frying pan, toast on low heat for 2 minutes, then transfer to food processor, set aside

Step 2Place red pepper and cayenne pepper in frying pan with olive oil and sauté' for 5 minutes on medium heat

Step 3Transfer to food processor, then add basil leaves, vegetable stock, and sea salt to taste. Blend on high until creamy consistency. Serve over cooked pasta!
