I loved my mother-in laws Polish cabbage rolls. But going through all the hastle of making the actual rolls is just too much work for My busy lifestyle. I began looking for an easier, simpler, way to get the taste but streamline the ingredients and time to get it. I came up with this recipe and loved the result. Hope you do too

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion. chopped
  • 2 large cloves of garlic minced
  • 1-1/2 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 medium cabbage chopped
  • 1 bottle v8 juice (64 oz size)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cups instant rice
  • To taste - black pepper
  • - olive oil

How To Make quick n easy inside out cabbage rolls

  • Step 1
    Heat olive oil in stock Pot. Add onion and garlic.
  • Step 2
    Add ground meat to mixture and cook till meat is browned.
  • Step 3
    Add cabbage and v8. Bring to boil and cook till cabbage is limp or to your taste.
  • Step 4
    Add rice and pepper. Cook 5 minutes and serve
