I loved my mother-in laws Polish cabbage rolls. But going through all the hastle of making the actual rolls is just too much work for My busy lifestyle. I began looking for an easier, simpler, way to get the taste but streamline the ingredients and time to get it. I came up with this recipe and loved the result. Hope you do too

  • 1 medium
    onion. chopped
  • 2 large
    cloves of garlic minced
  • 1-1/2 lb
    ground beef or turkey
  • 1 medium
    cabbage chopped
  • 1 bottle
    v8 juice (64 oz size)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c
    instant rice
  • To taste
    black pepper
  • ·
    olive oil

How to Make Quick n easy inside out cabbage rolls


  1. Heat olive oil in stock
    Pot. Add onion and garlic.
  2. Add ground meat to mixture and cook till meat is browned.
  3. Add cabbage and v8. Bring to boil and cook till cabbage is limp or to your taste.
  4. Add rice and pepper. Cook 5 minutes and serve
