quick n easy inside out cabbage rolls
I loved my mother-in laws Polish cabbage rolls. But going through all the hastle of making the actual rolls is just too much work for My busy lifestyle. I began looking for an easier, simpler, way to get the taste but streamline the ingredients and time to get it. I came up with this recipe and loved the result. Hope you do too

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion. chopped
- 2 large cloves of garlic minced
- 1-1/2 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 medium cabbage chopped
- 1 bottle v8 juice (64 oz size)
- 1/2 to 3/4 cups instant rice
- To taste - black pepper
- - olive oil
How To Make quick n easy inside out cabbage rolls

Step 1Heat olive oil in stock Pot. Add onion and garlic.

Step 2Add ground meat to mixture and cook till meat is browned.

Step 3Add cabbage and v8. Bring to boil and cook till cabbage is limp or to your taste.

Step 4Add rice and pepper. Cook 5 minutes and serve
