quesadillas
We made these in NC with flour tortillas leftover from making Chicken Enchiladas (recipe also in JAP). We did them in the oven, and they were good, but if you want them browned, do them in a skillet on the stove. You could also press them down if you want them flattened out! OR, if you have a George Foreman grill, it would be super easy too!

How To Make quesadillas
-
Step 1Take the tortilla, on one half put your sauce of choice, chicken and cheese. Fold over.
-
Step 2Dad and I did Tiki Masala sauce and baked directly on oven rack. Barb did rotel mild (drained) and put hers on a metal disposable pie plate.
-
Step 3We baked in 350 degree oven for 20 min. I flipped mine after 10 min. They both added sour cream on the side after it was done, It was my first time trying Tiki Masala, and it was pretty dang good in my quesadilla!
