This was my Grandmother Recipe. she used it to use up "leftovers"

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cans vegetable soup
  • 2 cups leftover roast beef, cubed
  • - leftover mash potatoes (or make 4 servings instant)

How To Make presto meat pie

  • Step 1
    Melt the butter in a saucepan then add flour, blending well. cook until bubbly. Stir in soup and continue to cook until thickened. Add the cooked beef. Stir well.
  • Step 2
    Pour into a large greased casserole. Cover with mashed potatoes.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
