This was one of my favorite things my Mom made, then I took it and tweeked it alittle. This is what I call comfort food for a cold fall/winter meal

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds (3 cups) frozen hash browns
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 - onions, yellow, medium, minced
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 teaspoon lawry salt
How To Make potatoe corn casserole

Step 1Brown hamburger and onion in microwave for 3-5 minutes, Drain off grease.

Step 2In a large bowl stir together, hamburger mixture, corn(s), soups and salt.

Step 3Pour into a 3 quart greased casserole, pour hash browns in bottom of casserole, top with meat mixture.

Step 4Bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours
