Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups grated cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
How To Make potato casserole

Step 1Defrost potatoes. Combine next 6 ingredients(on left) and mix with potatoes. Pour a 9x13 inch pan.

Step 2Melt butter in a frying pan and saute cornflakes until they start to turn golden. Sprinkle over the top of the potato mixture and bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
