I created another fried rice recipe,fills with poblano peppers,it's great with a side of chinese chicken dishes and egg rolls.

Ingredients For poblano pepper fried rice

2 Tbspsesame oil

4 mdpoblano peppers,seeded and sliced

1 mdred onion,chopped

1 Tbspcreole seasoning

1 tspgarlic powder
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar barbecue sauce

3 cchilled cooked white rice

4 lglarge eggs,beaten
How To Make poblano pepper fried rice

1Heat sesame oil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Add sliced poblano peppers and cook for 5 minutes until are well tender.

2Stir in chopped red onion,creole seasoning,garlic powder and barbecue sauce;stir-fry for 5 minutes.

3Add cooked white rice; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Push the rice mixture to the sides of the saucepan, forming a well in the center.

4Add beaten eggs to center of the saucepan and cook 30 seconds; toss with rice mixture. Stir-fry until the eggs are cooked.
