I created another fried rice recipe,fills with poblano peppers,it's great with a side of chinese chicken dishes and egg rolls.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 medium poblano peppers,seeded and sliced
- 1 medium red onion,chopped
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar barbecue sauce
- 3 cups chilled cooked white rice
- 4 large large eggs,beaten
How To Make poblano pepper fried rice

Step 1Heat sesame oil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Add sliced poblano peppers and cook for 5 minutes until are well tender.

Step 2Stir in chopped red onion,creole seasoning,garlic powder and barbecue sauce;stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Step 3Add cooked white rice; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Push the rice mixture to the sides of the saucepan, forming a well in the center.

Step 4Add beaten eggs to center of the saucepan and cook 30 seconds; toss with rice mixture. Stir-fry until the eggs are cooked.
