Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    scalloped potatoes
  • 1 can
    16 oz. tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/4 tsp
    oregano leaves
  • 1 pkg
    4 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 pkg
    4 oz. mozzarella cheese

How to Make Pizza Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. You will need a 2 quart casserole, ungreased.
    Empty potato slices and seasoning packet into casserole.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat tomatoes, water and Oregano to boiling; stir into the potatoes.
  3. Arrange pepperoni on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, until potatoes test tender.
