pizza for one

I put together several recipes to come up with these. They are so good and you can use whatever ingredients you want or like. Make a different one for every kid. These freeze and reheat well.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

We love this neat little pizza recipe. It's such a great idea. Splitting the biscuit in half and pressing it in the muffin tin is just the right amount of dough for each pizza. This is seriously a quick and easy meal, appetizer, or snack. Make a pizza bar and everyone can create a mini pizza to their own liking. This would be great to make up several and serve while watching a game on TV, your next game night, or an easy weeknight meal.

How To Make pizza for one

  • Step 1
    Lightly grease muffin tins.
  • Step 2
Split each Grands biscuit into 2 layers.
  • Step 3
Gently stretch and pat onto the muffin pan.
  • Step 4
Put about 1 tablespoon of plain spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the muffin.
  • Step 5
Then load up with your favorite pizza toppings and cover with cheese.
  • Step 6
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until done. Let cool for about 5 minutes before removing from muffin pans. I ran a knife around the edges for easy release.
