Pizza for One

Melanie B

I put together several recipes to come up with these. They are so good and you can use whatever ingredients you want or like. Make a different one for every kid. These freeze and reheat well.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

I love this neat little pizza recipe. It's such a great idea. Splitting the biscuit in half and pressing it in the muffin tin is just the right amount of dough for each pizza. This is seriously a quick and easy meal, appetizer or snack. What I love is you can make a pizza bar and everyone can make their own to their liking. This would be great to make up several and serve while watching a game on TV, your next game night or an easy weeknight meal. How to Make Pizza for One

  1. Lightly grease muffin tins.
  2. Split each Grands biscuit into 2 layers.
  3. Gently stretch and pat onto the muffin pan.
  4. Put about 1 tablespoon of plain spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the muffin.
  5. Then load up with your favorite pizza toppings and cover with cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until done. Let cool for about 5 minutes before removing from muffin pans. I ran a knife around the edges for easy release.
