Pizza for One

I put together several recipes to come up with these. They are so good and you can use whatever ingredients you want or like. Make a different one for every kid. These freeze and reheat well.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
I love this neat little pizza recipe. It's such a great idea. Splitting the biscuit in half and pressing it in the muffin tin is just the right amount of dough for each pizza. This is seriously a quick and easy meal, appetizer or snack. What I love is you can make a pizza bar and everyone can make their own to their liking. This would be great to make up several and serve while watching a game on TV, your next game night or an easy weeknight meal.

refrigerated biscuits (Grands)
spaghetti sauce, meatless
ground beef
Italian sausage, mild
olives, pitted
artichoke hearts
bell peppers
mozzarella cheese
any pizza topping you like

1Lightly grease muffin tins.
2Split each Grands biscuit into 2 layers.
3Gently stretch and pat onto the muffin pan.
4Put about 1 tablespoon of plain spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the muffin.
5Then load up with your favorite pizza toppings and cover with cheese.
6Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until done. Let cool for about 5 minutes before removing from muffin pans. I ran a knife around the edges for easy release.
