Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
How To Make pizza dough (bread machine)

Step 1Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough/manuel cycle

Step 2When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine, place in an oiled bowl and turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before using.

Step 3Stretch dough to 12 inch crust. Prick crust all over. Top with you favorite ingredients. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven to 15 to 20 minutes
