  • 1 tube(s)
    jumbo refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    pepperoni or turkey pepperoni
  • 1
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced olives
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated pizza cheese
  • 1 jar(s)
    pizza sauce
  • 1/2
    red pepper, chopped

How to Make Pizza Casserole


  1. Brown the ground beef and drain well. While beef is browning, open the biscuits and quarter each one into a 9x13 pan lightly sprayed with Pam.
  2. Add beef, pepperoni, olives, tomatoes over biscuits. Cover with pizza sause and cheese. (you can reverse this and cover with sauce then the other ingredients and cheese last)
  3. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes until biscuits in the center are done.

    You can change ingredients with ones you like on your pizza.
