Ingredients
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic [finely chopped]
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 can tomato soup [10 3/4 ounce ] can
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- - 1/3 to 1/2 cup of water or milk
How To Make pizza casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2cook noodles as box says

Step 3Drain and set aside.

Step 4Heat oil in non-stick skillet

Step 5Add ground beef,onion,then garlic.

Step 6Cook until beef is done.

Step 7Drain excess liquid

Step 8Remove from heat add half the cheese. Stir in oregano,salt,soup,and 1/3 to 1/2 cup of water or milk and the noodles. Remove from heat,add 1/2 of the cheese.

Step 9Spoon into a 11X 7 baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 -30 minutes until bubbly.
