I have not made this yet. I found this somewhere and thought it would be a great meal for the whole family..I hope that you enjoy this different kind of meatloaf....Enjoy

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound chopped pork beef
- 1/2 pound chopped beef
- 1 cup well drained crushed pineapple,canned in its own juice(not sugar syrup)
- 1-3 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make pineapple meatloaf

Step 1Preheat Oven to 350*

Step 2In a mixing bowl, Combine all ingredients.The amount of cracker crumbs will depend on how well in pineapple is drained. The loaf mixture should be fairly stiff, not mushy. Pack in a 9x5x3 loaf pan,leaving space around the sides.

Step 3Bake 45 mins..or until done...
