I have not made this yet. I found this somewhere and thought it would be a great meal for the whole family..I hope that you enjoy this different kind of meatloaf....Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb
    chopped pork beef
  • 1/2 lb
    chopped beef
  • 1 c
    well drained crushed pineapple,canned in its own juice(not sugar syrup)
  • 1-3 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper

How to Make Pineapple Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat Oven to 350*
  2. In a mixing bowl, Combine all ingredients.The amount of cracker crumbs will depend on how well in pineapple is drained. The loaf mixture should be fairly stiff, not mushy. Pack in a 9x5x3 loaf pan,leaving space around the sides.
  3. Bake 45 mins..or until done...
