Ingredients
- - 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits
- - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- - 1 teaspoon salt
- - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- - 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- - 3 cups cooked rice
- - 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
- - 1 cup chopped green pepper
- - 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese, divided
- - 1/3 cup chopped onion
How To Make pineapple ham casserole

Step 1Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard, and reserved pineapple juice; mix well. Fold in rice, ham, green pepper, 1 cup cheese, onion and pineapple.

Step 2Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
