I was looking for a quick flavorful meal one night and had this and that and put this recipe together and it was awesome.. MY hubby raved about it...thanks Honey.....

Ingredients

  • 1 package cheese and potatoe pierogies
  • 6 quarts boiling water
  • 1 package frozen asparagas tips
  • 2 cans 10 oz size cream of mushroom soup
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter

How To Make pierogies with asparagas sauce

  • Step 1
    while pierogies are cooking in boiling water in a large skillet melt the butter over med heat... and then add the asparagas tips and saute in butter til al dente .
  • Step 2
    when this is almost done add the soup and saute gently and when pierogies are done and drained add to sauce and heat through and serve when heated thru... scrumptious...
