Pierogie Casserol

6 cmashed potatoes

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 boxpot pit or bow tie noodles cooked

1 tsppepper

1 tspsalt

4 Tbspbutter

How to Make Pierogie Casserol
- Cook noodles until al dente, and drain
- Saute onion in 4 tbs butter
- make mashed potatoes as you normally do. Add salt and pepper.
- Mix potatoes, onion, and 3/4 of the shredded cheese
- In a greased casserol dish layer 1/2 of the cooked noodles. Top with half of the potatoe mix. Repeat layers. Sprinkle last of cheese on top
- Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with sour cream.
