2 pkgfrozen pierogis (16 oz each)
1/2 lbbacon, cooked & crumbled
1 pkgcream cheese
1 cchicken broth
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
2 largegreen onions, chopped
How to Make Pierogi Casserole
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly spray a 9 x 13" casserole dish. Arrange frozen pierogis in dish.
- In a saucepan, combine cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir frequently until cheese is melted. Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over pierogis. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with sprinkled green onions.
