Ingredients

  • 6 large potato's
  • 16 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2to3 cups flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • - salt to taste
  • 1 stick butter melted

How To Make perogi

  • Step 1
    cook potato's drain add cheese and mash set aside to cool
  • Step 2
    take 1 cup flour add eggs and oil and salt start a dough add flour gradually to make a noodle dough may need all or less of flour roll out as thin as you can cut into squares
  • Step 3
    in each square add a tabs of mash potato mixture fold into triangle moisten edges with a little water press to seal up when done making perogies cook in boiling water 3 to 5 min drain pour over melted butter
