Ingredients

  • 6 large
    potato's
  • 16 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2to3 c
    flour
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • 1 stick
    butter melted

How to Make perogi

Step-by-Step

  1. cook potato's drain add cheese and mash set aside to cool
  2. take 1 cup flour add eggs and oil and salt start a dough add flour gradually to make a noodle dough may need all or less of flour roll out as thin as you can cut into squares
  3. in each square add a tabs of mash potato mixture fold into triangle moisten edges with a little water press to seal up when done making perogies cook in boiling water 3 to 5 min drain pour over melted butter
