How to Make perogi
- cook potato's drain add cheese and mash set aside to cool
- take 1 cup flour add eggs and oil and salt start a dough add flour gradually to make a noodle dough may need all or less of flour roll out as thin as you can cut into squares
- in each square add a tabs of mash potato mixture fold into triangle moisten edges with a little water press to seal up when done making perogies cook in boiling water 3 to 5 min drain pour over melted butter
