- 1 - sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips

- 1 - green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup orange juice
How To Make peppered scallops

Step 1Heat butter in large nonstick skillet. Add garlic and green onions; saute for 2 minutes. Add scallops; saute for 3 minutes. Add sweet peppers; Saute for 3 minutes. Add orange juice; cook for 2 minutes or until scallops are cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
