  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3
    green onions, sliced
  • 2 lb
    sea scallops
  • 1
    sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1
    sweet yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1
    green pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice

How To Make peppered scallops

  • 1
    Heat butter in large nonstick skillet. Add garlic and green onions; saute for 2 minutes. Add scallops; saute for 3 minutes. Add sweet peppers; Saute for 3 minutes. Add orange juice; cook for 2 minutes or until scallops are cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
