Ingredients
- 10 ounces bag of small fritos
- 15 ounces 2 cans mild chili beans
- 2 cups grated monterey jack and cheddar cheese
How To Make pepper bellies

Step 1Warm up chili beans on top of stove or microwave. If using stove: warm up to desired temp. If using microwave: place beans in a large microwaveable bowl with cover for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 2Line serving dishes with Fritos on bottom and sides.

Step 3Spoon desired amount of chili beans over Fritos and garnish with shredded cheese. *Or any topping you enjoy!

Step 4**Note: You may add cooked hamburger meat to chili beans to stretch recipe.
