Ingredients For ozark bean soup

2 cwhite navy bean or lima beans, package.

4carrots, sliced small

1/2 lbbacon

1 tspmustard, prepared

4 cwater

2small onions
How To Make ozark bean soup

1Simmer for hours the longer the better. Put beans, water, carrots, chopped onions, bacon cut in small pieces in slow cooker cover and simmer all day.

2I use a whole pkg. of navy beans and cover with water, as many sliced carrots as wanted, 1/2 bacon, onions and cook. You can add to or change as you like.
