This is so good to make in the summer on the grill. We love it!

(12x10x2-1/2 in) foil baking pan/or old cake pan
1 lb
ring bologna, cut into 1/2-1 inch slices
medium baking potatoes
2 c
frozen cut green beans
red, green or yellow bell pepper strips- add to your liking
1/4 c
margarine or butter, melted
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
cracked black pepper

How to Make Over-the-Coals Dinner


  • 1Heat grill. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange bologna, potatoes, green beans and bell pepper in sprayed pan. Pour melted butter evenly over mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Grill 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
