1 pkgfrozen italian meatballs
1 can(s)mushroom pieces - drained
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 cdry sherry
2 sprig(s)fresh rosemary snipped
1/8 tspblack pepper
1 cwhite rice
How to Make Outrageously Delicious Meatballs
- Place frozen or thawed meatballs (15 or 16 oz. pkg) in 10" frying pan. Then add cream of mushroom soup, drained mushrooms, snipped rosemary, pepper and dry sherry. Stir all together.
- Simmer covered until meatballs are soft and hot. In the meantime, cook rice (may substitute egg noodles) until done.
- Put a bed of rice or noodles on plate and spoon meatballs and sauce over. Enjoy! Nice served with a salad or green vegetable like green beans.
