Ingredients
- 6 slices bread (any kind you like)
- 6 slices cheese (any kind you like)
- 6 - 8 slices bacon (fried)
- - thinly sliced onion
How To Make open faced cheese & bacon sandwiches

Step 1On cookie sheet, toast one side of bread slices under broiler.

Step 2Turn bread slices over, and place one slice of cheese on each.

Step 3Top cheese slices with bacon, and thinly sliced onion

Step 4Place under broiler just long enough to slightly melt the cheese.

Step 5These are great with chips, a salad, or a bowl of soup. ENJOY!!
