How to Make Open Faced cheese & bacon sandwiches

Step-by-Step

  1. On cookie sheet, toast one side of bread slices under broiler.
  2. Turn bread slices over, and place one slice of cheese on each.
  3. Top cheese slices with bacon, and thinly sliced onion
  4. Place under broiler just long enough to slightly melt the cheese.
  5. These are great with chips, a salad, or a bowl of soup. ENJOY!!
