How to Make Open Faced cheese & bacon sandwiches
- 1On cookie sheet, toast one side of bread slices under broiler.
- 2Turn bread slices over, and place one slice of cheese on each.
- 3Top cheese slices with bacon, and thinly sliced onion
- 4Place under broiler just long enough to slightly melt the cheese.
- 5These are great with chips, a salad, or a bowl of soup. ENJOY!!
