2 slicewhite bread

·margarine

1 largeripe tomato, sliced

·oregano, to taste

·salt and pepper to taste

2 slicemuenster cheese
How to Make Open Face Tomato and Muenster Cheese Sandwich
- Spread margarine on each slice of bread. Add slices of tomato on each slice of bread. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt and pepper to your taste.
- Top each slice of bread with a slice of muenster cheese. Put under broiler for just a few minutes, until cheese melts and begins to turn brown. Keep watching since it doesn't take long for it to burn.
- Remove from broiler and enjoy with soup or alone.
