Ingredients
- 4 ounces cellophane noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons each soy sauce and fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- fresh cilantro and scallions for garnish
How To Make oodles of noodles

Step 1Prepare the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2Add oil to a wok or skillet. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar and sweet chili sauced. Let sugar dissolve. Add the bean sprouts and noodles and cook until everything is mixed and warmed through

Step 3Serve garnished with cilantro and scallions
