- CARROTS JULIENNED OR THINLY SLICED, GARLIC MINCED
- SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS SLICED, RED BELL PEPPERS SLICED
- BOK CHOY CHOPPED, GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
- NAPA CABBAGE CHOPPED, BAMBOO SHOOTS,
- BEAN SPROUTS, GINGER GRATED
- NOODLES
- COOKED RICE NOODLES, RAMEN NOODLES, SOBA NOODLES, UDON NOODLES
- PROTEIN
- CHICKEN THINLY SLICED, PORK THINLY SLICED, UNCOOKED SHRIMP PEELED AND DEVEINED
- ASIAN CHICKEN BROTH
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon roasted sesame oil
- COCONUT CURRY SAUCE
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons red, green, or yellow curry paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- SWEET CHILI SAUCE, CILANTRO, AND PEANUTS FOR GARNISH
How To Make oodles of noodles noodle bowl buffet

Step 1Mix the ingredients for each sauces together in a saucepan and cook until warmed and combined well. Set aside.

Step 2Set up your buffet with all the separate ingredients in different bowls

Step 3To Cook Add oil to a wok or skillet. Add protein of choice and saute 1 minutes. Add veggies of choice and saute until softened. Add noodles of choice and saute 1 minute. Ladle in choice of sauce and cook 1 minute. garnish with desired toppings
