How To Make one skillet supper
-
Step 1Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet and saute the onions and bell pepper. (If you don't like using green bell pepper try red bell peppers they are sweeter and have more vitamin C than oranges)
-
Step 2Slice the Kielbasa into slices cut on the diagonal and put in with the onions and bell peppers and brown lightly.
-
Step 3Add the mushrooms, carrots and cole slaw mix then add the stock or broth. Put the lid on and let it steam till all is tender and ready.
-
Step 4Salt and pepper to taste. Some of my family likes to add caraway seeds but my husband says they get in his partials LOL!
