How to Make One Skillet Supper

  1. Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet and saute the onions and bell pepper. (If you don't like using green bell pepper try red bell peppers they are sweeter and have more vitamin C than oranges)
  2. Slice the Kielbasa into slices cut on the diagonal and put in with the onions and bell peppers and brown lightly.
  3. Add the mushrooms, carrots and cole slaw mix then add the stock or broth. Put the lid on and let it steam till all is tender and ready.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste. Some of my family likes to add caraway seeds but my husband says they get in his partials LOL!
