- - japanese rice crackers (the ones with the seaweed wrap)
- - hot brewed green tea
- - steamed rice
- - thinly cut seaweed
- - black and white sesame seeds
- - wasabi
- - shoyu/tamari
How To Make ochazuke for 1

Step 1Brew the green tea.

Step 2Put the rice crackers in a small plastic bag then coarsely smash.

Step 3Place hot rice in a serving (rice) bowl, top with cracker pieces, seaweed, sesame seeds, and wasabi. Pour hot green tea over rice. Add shoyu/tamari, to taste.
