How to Make Ochazuke for 1


  1. Brew the green tea.
  2. Put the rice crackers in a small plastic bag then coarsely smash.
  3. Place hot rice in a serving (rice) bowl, top with cracker pieces, seaweed, sesame seeds, and wasabi. Pour hot green tea over rice. Add shoyu/tamari, to taste.
