japanese rice crackers (the ones with the seaweed wrap)

hot brewed green tea

steamed rice
-
thinly cut seaweed

black and white sesame seeds
-
wasabi
-
shoyu/tamari
How To Make ochazuke for 1

1Brew the green tea.

2Put the rice crackers in a small plastic bag then coarsely smash.

3Place hot rice in a serving (rice) bowl, top with cracker pieces, seaweed, sesame seeds, and wasabi. Pour hot green tea over rice. Add shoyu/tamari, to taste.
