1 pound lamb chop
3 medium potatoes diced in cubes
2 medium carrots, chopped
2 small onions
6 cloves garlic
2 bunches chrrey tomatoes
1 box small of golden raisins
1 package saazon

How To Make my way of doing dibee with potatoes & carrots, it's an african dish

Step 1

put lamb chop in lime juice for 3min then wash it out put salt & black pepper for taste rub in 1 package of saazon & olive oil place in deep glass dish season same way potatoes & carrots with tomatoes & the hand full of golden raisins set aside then place in same dish when lamb in all most tender cook till all is nice & tender to your likeness serve with salad enjoy
