After my radiation treatment and my physical therapy for my right arm due to (Lymphedema)a chronic swelling caused by surgery. Started to brown some Smoked Sausage and thought I'd slice some potatoes, onion to it. Then I added brussel sprouts with a little soy sauce. Turned out pretty good and was a fast dish to make. I'm having fun thinking of quick dinner dishes lately. LOL
