How To Make my moist turkey meatballs
-
1Place the ground turkey in a large bowl. Break apart and mix in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. This is the secret that helps keep the meatballs moist.
-
2Then add the remaining ingredients, mix well. Season to taste with above spices, mix again. The mixture is very moist.
-
3I use a small melon scoop to form the meatballs.
-
4I like to fry my meatballs in a small amount of "light" olive oil. Fry in two batches, this gives you room to move the meatballs around in the pan.
-
5Brown well on all sides and cook a few minutes in the pan. That's it! Serve as you would regular meatballs!
-
6These meatballs are nice and moist! Enjoy!
