Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 package uncle bens original wild rice
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 package meatloaf seasoning mix
- 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 - eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 - diced sweet cooking onion
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh musrooms
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 packages brown mushroom gravy
How To Make my meatloaf

Step 1preheat oven at 350

Step 2cook Uncle Bens rice as directed

Step 3mix meat, seasoning mix, 1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs, eggs,milk, onion, parsley, mushrooms(reserve 1/2 cup) and garlic

Step 4When rice is done, let cool (if mixing by hand) and incorporate thoroughly into loaf mix.

Step 5lightly grease 9x13 glass dish and form loaf along center

Step 6dust the loaf with reserved bread crumbs

Step 7place on center rack of oven and continue to bake @ 350 for 2 hours (approx)

Step 8make both packs of gravy per instructions

Step 9after 2 hrs, drizzle and coat loaf with 1/2 of the gravy mix, continue to bake about 1/2 hour. add remaining mushrooms to the rest of the gravy for serving.

Step 10slice and serve with mashed potatoes, a vegetable and remaining gravy. Enjoy!
