How to Make My favorite Chili

  1. Saute meat, onions, and garlic till brown and then drain. Still in seasoning.
  2. Put meat in large sauce pan and add other ingredients. Stir
  3. Simmer on low for at least an hour. Taste test to see if more seasoning is needed. Serve with grated cheddar cheese and chopped green onion on top. Sides: Corn Bread or tortilla chips, Pear salad
  4. This chili is even better if made the day before and served for dinner. I also use the left overs in Chili omelets and Chili Dogs. Enjoy!
