My Banh Mi

Monica H

I really am in love with banh mi ... the Vietnamese sandwiches that are popping up everywhere. They are so easy to make at home and are very tasty and healthy, too.
After you assemble, pour the leftover marinade on top of your sandwich (before you put the top bread on!) to add more flavor.
