Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon smoked papriika
- 1 tablespoon mushrooom ketchup or worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream at room temp
- 1/2 head of cabbage shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt
How To Make mushroom stroganoff over cooked cabbage

Step 1In a skillet add the oil and butter and let it melt. Add the onion, garlic and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms have given up their moisture. Stir in the paprika and flour.

Step 2Slowly add the white wine, and mushroom ketchup. Stir until no lumps are left from the flour. Add the heavy cream. Cook 5 minutes

Step 3Stir in the sour cream. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add some salt. Add the cabbage and cook until the cabbage is softened.

Step 4Drain the cabbage and stir in the butter. Serve the mushroom stroganoff over the cabbage
