Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 1/2 pound ground pork or ground beef
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup milk
- 3 slices bread, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt, ground mustard, sage, and pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- - ketchup, optional
How To Make mom's meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Put all ingredients except ketchup in a bowl. Mix well with hands, paying close attention to getting the meats thoroughly blended. Put meat mixture in a 9 x 5 loaf pan.

Step 3Bake, uncovered, for 75 minutes. If using ketchup, spread over top of loaf after it's been in the oven for 60 minutes. Drain fat from loaf pan and serve.
