Mom's Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 lbground beef or ground turkey

1/2 lbground pork or ground beef

1egg
-
1 cmilk
-
3 slicebread, finely chopped

1/4 tspcelery salt, ground mustard, sage, and pepper

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 conion, finely chopped
-
2 tspsoy sauce
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
·ketchup, optional
How to Make Mom's Meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put all ingredients except ketchup in a bowl. Mix well with hands, paying close attention to getting the meats thoroughly blended. Put meat mixture in a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
- Bake, uncovered, for 75 minutes. If using ketchup, spread over top of loaf after it's been in the oven for 60 minutes. Drain fat from loaf pan and serve.
